Big Dogs offers Two Great Annual Maintenance Plans
Basic Remote Maintenance Plan – $360 per year
Add 1 to 4 PCs for $250/ea
Add 5+ PC’s $225/ea
Advanced Remote+Maintenance Plan – $475 per year
Add 1 to 4 PCs for $350/ea
Add 5+ PC’s for $325/ea
Both plans allow clients to have a skilled technician optimize your system every 90 days. We will, with your permission and at a scheduled time, use our state of the art software and remote into your system and do the following services:
· Virus & Spyware Removal and Repair
· File System Maintenance
· Temp File Cleaning
· Installation of Application & Utility Updates
· Installation of Windows Critical and Security Updates
· Protection Program Updates (Anti Virus & Anti Spyware)
· Standard Maintenance (Defragmentation, Scan Disk, etc.)
· Registry Optimization and Repair
· Network and Internet Security
· Peripheral Installations
Subscribers of both plans receive regularly scheduled remote maintenance appointments insuring your system will run at peak performance at all times. Regular maintenance prolongs the life of your system, keeping it running like new, and insures that you do not incur the very expensive, one-time repair bills.
Subscribers of the Advanced Maintenance Plan receive all the benefits of the basic maintenance plan as well as free diagnostic and repair of malfunctioning system hardware! Big Dogs will troubleshoot and identify malfunctioning parts and replace them at no additional charge. You only pay for the parts. If your system has malfunctioning hardware, we will come to you and repair or replace at your home or business or we will bring your machine back to our shop… repair… and deliver it back to you. Most repairs can be done onsite, but some may need to take a little road trip.*
If you are on the advanced plan and your machine is beyond repair (typically bad motherboard, broken touch screen all in one monitor) then we will transfer your data from your old machine to your new machine at no cost to you.
Plans do not cover the following: third party software support or installation (such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks etc.), Network or peripheral installation or troubleshooting. Advance Plan members will receive 20% discount off regular Rates should you require any additional services.
Both annual plans are paid in full at the time of signup. With the Advanced plan any parts needed would be paid for at time of service. You will have the option to renew your plan for the following year at the same price if you renew within 30 days prior to expiration.
